# 1.167.0 - 10 July 2025

### Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) is here!

We’ve introduced **Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO)** to make logging in faster, simpler, and more secure. You can now access UbiQuity using your existing company email and password — no extra logins to remember.

Why you’ll love it:

* Less hassle: One password, fewer logins to manage.
* Faster access: Just enter your company email, and we’ll handle the rest.
* More secure: SSO connects through your organisation’s systems, so you benefit from enterprise-level security.

What you need to do next:

To get started, your technical team will need to set up a secure connection between your organisation and our system. This is a one-time setup and should be quick for your IT team to complete. We’ll provide full documentation and support to guide them through it. **Talk to your IT team today** and let us know who to work with — we’ll take it from there.

### Changes to the way you log in

As part of our initial release of SSO for UbiQuity, there are a few more changes to the way you log in to UbiQuity.

The initial login screen now only asks for your email address.

You will then be taken to the password option. If your company chooses to use Enterprise SSO then you will be redirected at this stage.

Once you have entered your password you will automatically be sent your two factor authentication code - you no longer have to press the button to request this.

### Two Factor TXT changes for Non-SSO Users

There will also be some changes to the **two factor TXT** that you receive as part of the login process

The TXT messages will now be

* 6 characters long
* valid for 5 minutes once it has been sent
* TXT message wording has been updated
  * **Previous:** “Your verification code is {\_\_\_\_\_\_}. It will expire after an hour. Please do not reply to this message.”
  * **New:** “Your UbiQuity verification code is: {\_\_\_\_\_\_}”

### Improvements and Bug Fixes

UbiQuity is constantly making small changes to ensure that behind the scenes everything will go as smoothly as possible and to continue to build a strong foundation to make improvements to the platform.

* Added schema mapping visuals to the import progress pages for existing file /import API endpoints to improve visibility during file imports
* Miscellaneous bug fixes and performance enhancements to improve system stability, reliability, and user experience

### Update Release 1.167.1 - July 17th 2025

This update to release 1.167.0 will be putting in fixes for bulk updates in the UI and session timeouts.

There are also other small bug fixes that will be included in this release update.
