# 1.164.0 - 11 February 2025

### Improvements

The forms module will now have an active status. This will make it that much easier to instantly tell if a form is in use or not!

Our main navigation bar will have a link to our Resource Centre. So not only will you be able to access it via the left hand side of most modules you are working in under the Help bar, you will soon be able to always see it on the top of your screen.

### Time-sensitive Mailout changes

If, for a reason outside of UbiQuity's control, the platform was unable to send emails for an extended period (there has been more than 10minutes where no emails have been sent), sometimes there is a desire to **NOT** send the emails that have been delayed.

Your mailout may have time constraints such as requesting recipients speak to your call centre, and a delayed email would cause a bad user experience where they are now being contacted outside of work hours. In this case, when you are setting up the email you would select **Active** on the time-sensitive slider on the **Schedule** page.

This new option will allow us to mark a mailout as **failed** rather than resending the emails as soon as the platform allows. It is available in the **Mailout Schedule** page and **Automated Mailout Recurrence** page.

### Bug fixes and Minor Changes

* Fixing database download file name when an account/datase name is updated
* Updates to Push Module to remove legacy protocols

### Webtracking module

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest privacy and security standards, we will be retiring the WebTracking module.

This comes in response to evolving privacy regulations and industry-wide changes regarding third-party cookies. WebTracking relied on third-party cookie technology, which is being phased out to ensure greater user privacy.

This release will remove the WebTracking module from the platform and it will no longer be accessible from the 11th February 2025.
